Richness of Ore Bodies

Here's one for John

Not only are a number of different minerals turning up on various claims but a surprising number have higher percentages of one type of metal that seems normal.

Noront's nickel percentage is through the roof but isn't 22% Chromium also a great rarety even if less valuable? Perhaps it all has to do with the way these metals came out of magma solution or something quite different about the magma flows involved.

Does this tend to indicate that someone could hit an extremely rich patch of zinc? or more valuable copper OR heaven forbid platinum group metals?

Kind of makes you wonder if it's not possible?
