At this point, companies like Xstrata and CVRD are sitting on mountains of money looking for something to buy. If a bidding war occurs we will get more then 10%. There is always negotiations as proven by Voisy Bay and valuations can fluctuate. How much work has been done prior to the buy out vis a vis infrastructure, NI43-101, aboriginal issues, government issues...The more things are moved along, the more desirable our property will be, the higher the premium we can command. Do not tell me that the buy out price will be tonnage x average grade x 10%...it is never this cut and dry. Tonnes of variables in a play like this. For someone to argue that 10% is set in stone is ridiculous!!

Does anyone else out there have an opinion on this?

Glorieux
