It is a little unfair to Richard Nemis to hold him to every comment he makes. He's got to be up to his eyebrows in work with all the projects on the go, yet it appears that he takes or returns every phone call. The lab backup has to be frustrating as heck for him. By the sound of some of the posts you will be on his case if there is no NR today on hole 18. The office is closed for the holidays but Richard was there last week no doubt relishing the quiet time trying to get some work done.  I am surprised he still answers the phone given that what he says is posted here and we hang on every word and inflection in his voice, then we try to further interpret what he may have meant.

 He is so open, considering he walks a tight line between what would like to say vs what he is allowed to say.  I think we should cut him a little slack and 'work with him' as this project unfolds.
