You took the words right out of my mouth....I wanted to say the same things earlier because I felt like I started this whole thing today about calling the office but I was afraid to offend other posters......I hope this issue has been put to rest and everyone can move forward.

P.S.  I've been here a while and for the record I don't remember a whole lot of people posting conversation bits with RN...Canseco,myself,TC and maybe 2 more come to mind but not a whole lot.
