You're looking at risk vs reward. Noront has found rich mineralization worth a lot of money if they find enough. That's why the share price is higher than others in area. BMK still has to find economic mineralization so their share price while up from a year ago still hasn't taken off.

Can someone drill and not find anything? Of course, the question is if after poking a lot of holes will they find economic ore body. Everyone seems to think there will be more ore bodies in this area as that's what's been found in areas somewhat similar to this.

People are buying Noront and BMK because they think the share prices will be many times what they currently are next year. People sell because they either want immediate gratification or have other places to put their money.
