I see that you just joined Agoracom today!

You're asking for info on NOT.  I suggest that you go to the Noront website and read up on the financials etc.  Go through their news releases etc. 

At the last annual meeting IBK Capital mentioned that NOT had $30 million in working capital with a burn rate of $1.2 million per month. I believe Joint Ventures will bring in appx. $5. million from each to start with. And NOT has NO DEBT! So we're in good shape!
