Thanks for posting the info. I too was told by Richard last week that there are pods and that they are trying to find more of them and this is one of the reasons he is doing the JV's.  At least we know he is being consistent.  The fact that Noront has more land then anyone else in the area there is a better chance we'll hit another one in the new year, IMHO.
