It is funny your point 5 reminds me of something I read after the Windfall Lake glory hole:

5. Good not spectaclar NR. This is nothing to be concerned with, all companies will have better new releases then others. However, the NR was still good enough to add some to add value to NOT. I mentioned back a while ago that we should let the NR's talk rather then speculate what they will be. This will prevent people from getting their hopes up.

I read the report of an American anaylist who said he researched NOT after the glory hole. He found, that all of NOT's prior drill results and news releases, justified a mine and higer share price even without the glory hole. ie all the prior good results accumulated was worth building the mine mine.
