The other subject to think about is the 6 JV deals sitting on Mr. Nemis's desk since the Richmond Club presentation. It seems like a long time to collect signatures. I believe they are studying the aerial results to date, identifying high potential drill targets and negotiating very favorable terms for us. The news release concerning this should be out soon and should have a very good impact on our SP as well. There maybe more then 6 JV's by now. In either case this is news that is waiting to be delivered to the market and will be positive.
