I believe the stock is testing the 4.00 for the double bottom, today or monday morning.

   The tax lose selling --etc. is a perfect time to manipulate NOT, as the anaylists say on BNN ,we like to by cheap at the end of the year(tax selling) that will be over this week or the middle of next week,    Then the institutions will all jump in, knowing that NOT is way under valued,  

     The big boys will most likely drive it down to the 3.95 level today and monday drive her up ----- The manipulaters are NOT getting a Xmas card from me.   HAPPY
