Could we set up a function where President level or VP level people could move post from discussion forum to off topic discussions.  I believe this would be the easiest way to clean up this board and others for that matter.  Most posts do not infringe your posting rules but yet are not constructive to investors.  This affects the quality of the postings and may lead to us losing some great posters.  I look forward to your reply.
