I believe the poster with respect to the light weight portable drill is Anchorpoint. As for Billythekid's posted article; Governments should not aim for 'make work programs' unless for SEVERELY depressed areas (and then for short term adjustment only). Exploration 'Incentives' are fine but "If there is a mine there, then let it Be" (with proper enviro and safety in account). Otherwise 'move on'. Who likes putting good money down deep holes?
