Though I can not say what Tech-Cominco may or may not be eyeing, I do know they tend to be pretty sharp and keep themselves well up to date on almost ecerything in Mining. Thus, I would not be surprised to read about them getting into some new venture some time in the next 3-6 months. The 'Ring of Fire' is as good as it gets, IMO (for Sum4) and they do have an agreement with SPQ (I believe) on getting the data etc..
