That't how it works. I'm in the Real Estate business, I am the broker, I for one very seldom work for free, if ever!!! Sorry. JPM is like the Realtor in the picture and Noront is the Vendor. Noront and JPM most likely have worked out an agreement in principal that JPM brokers any transactions that take place and in doing so will be paid upon completion of the sale. It's kind of like the laundry business, no ticki - no laundry.
This Agreement so to speak with JPM would allow them privy to knowledge that could help them sell Noront to a prspective buyer, not necessarily insider info just info needed to make a deal. Noront pays when the deal is done!!
