Johnny, you may wish to read previous posts where we discussed at length that JPM was NOT hired by Noront but that they approached Noront. They also will not earn a single dollar from Noront unless a deal is done. This makes a big difference in 2 aspects. One: We are not paying for them to do due diligence which saves some cashflow. Two: Most importantly from an investor's standpoint, JPM would not be here unless something very real and very big was going to happen. They do not tend to get involved with Juniors, usually they deal with Majors. To have them here sniffing at us so early in the discovery phase is a vote of confidence for what we have.
