R.Nemis is not a young man but in excellent health and has the experiance and credibility to put together deals that others can't. He's not about to retire as I feel he enjoys what he does and wants to complete the evolution of Noront from a junior exploration company to something much larger and earning dollars for investors from operations instead of relying on share price appreciation.

Noront could eventually control most if not all of the McFauld area plays but it's not unlikely that along the way they'll be taking on a major mining company as partner. Lots to do before that happens and Noront's share price will likely be $10 or more by then.
