Just catching up on postings as I am away and finally have access.  I just want to point out to everyone that I have read, re-read and again read the news release about J.P Morgan.

As I work around legal documents daily(I'm not a Lawyer) I will point out to every one that nowhere does it say Noront has hired JP MORGAN. What the release refers to is JP has signed on to work with OUR(NOT"S) IBK to value the company.  That said the rumor that a major, whoever that is, is paying the bill for JP only makes sense.  When reading this release you will note also, there is no talk about NOT financing this partnership.  If NOT initiated this deal than that would have had to been disclosed.
