We met RN last winter while on holidays, and have seen him a few times since. He is a gem of a man. He is an very honest, trustworthy, down to earth type of person..Not what you would expect a CEO to be like. When someone on here said call him if you need answers...that's true!!  If he can't take your call at that moment ..he will call you back.  How many CEO's will do that??  NOT many!!!  We got talking about what he does and that's when we started talking about Not..He showed us the picture from windall..the rest is history!!! You can also judge a persons character by their circle of friends..Richard's life long friends say it all!!!!  The difference between NOT and other companies is the " Captain". We are in safe and steady hands!!
