Seeing as the Major Mining Companies have experienced some mighty consolidation in the past 3-4 years, it was likely suggested to Noront that they would be best served by having a world leader on their VALUE ESCALATION team to better handle and deal with this somewhat new world environment. Taking absolutely nothing away from IBK Capital, JP Morgan may have been suggested to Noront/IBK by one or more of the MAJOR Mining Companies. With the number of JV's and Separate (though somewhat inter - associated) companies in the "Ring of Fire" Playing Field now the additional legal/deal making expertise should / will be handy and of course Very Beneficial.
