I use Stockstream through Stockhouse. You pay about $20/mo for the service I think. It includes (which I just found) house positions along with real times sales, level II and more.

what I don't like is that I had to sign up for the TSX to see most of my stocks, but when they get 'promoted' to another exchange, I lose them unless I want to buy into the other exchange as well... and I'm trying to save every penny to buy more NOT stock :-)
