You sound like you're on top of it.

I understand that the number of shares outstanding, and who controls them, is also a big piece of this puzzle when trying to control movement and create a pump and dump.

With Noront's close to 125 million this would be a tough challenge.

Also, our volume today is pretty hefty on any day (as in 1/2 million today). We might think today was weak. Back on 6/28/07 is was 97,600

Still, I was amazed at the tight range. After the spike at 1 pm we stayed between $5.10 and $5.20 like a flat line. hmmmm..
