Never count RN out when it comes to news. Many of the longs remember a luncheon speach where the stock was halted at noon so that news could be simultaneously released. A N/R can be issued to be publicly released at 4:00 and this will allow RN to spin his magic sales pitch. You don't want to be on the sideline at 3:55 IMHO.
