NI 43-101 Update (September 2012): 11.1 Mt @ 1.68% Ni, 0.87% Cu, 0.89 gpt Pt and 3.09 gpt Pd and 0.18 gpt Au (Proven & Probable Reserves) / 8.9 Mt @ 1.10% Ni, 1.14% Cu, 1.16 gpt Pt and 3.49 gpt Pd and 0.30 gpt Au (Inferred Resource)
I believe they will show tonnage approaching Voisey's Bay eventually. VB (Diamond Fields) is now a mined and proven resource of well over 100 million tons. The grades are not as good as our best ones. I believe we are getting near 10 millon tons and that we will get significantly more as we extend our curent strike and drill other anomalies.
VB/DFwas sold for $4.3B. Mineral prices are up fivefold or so since then and there is a perceived global shortage possibility. If we get 50 million tons at somewhat higher grades, we could sell for $10B or more or about $80 per share.
And the rate of drilling and projected drilling (drills in Jan.) leads me to believe we could find out whether I am right within a year.
