I can't speak for all the labs, but when I asked the manager of one of the labs that question, he responded " Griz  I don't think it is fair to our clients to push somebody's assays to the head of the line, because they pay more." He went on to say how would you a long time client feel if we did this? would you still use our lab in the future? So maybe some do I can't say.
