Very Good for both!

Same template as for the WSR deal.

Also give HUI diversity away from their deal with BMK and adds pressure on BMK to treat its JV partner with considered respect!

Expecting the Claims in the NOT - HUI JV will be near the HUI - BMK JV claims.

For this, VERY GOOD GOING Noront for the foresight in staking that area!
