I agree OLD JOE. With these majors having their fingers on the pulse of NOT it is very good for the longs. As you point out the bidding would begin.

The reason this is good? NOT will not have the total and complete tonnage defined when the take out occurs. The insider information will allow the Majors to over bid the known tonnage value, and thus the longs will be well rewarded.
