I think a  43  101 should  be  done  when they  know  they  have  at  least  5 million  tonnes of   high grade  ore...... Just  as  ARU  held  off  untill a significant  deposit was  proven  up.

 

There are  more  than  enough  analysists  and  geos watching  NOT  to determine  the   volume and  net   insitue  value of   Eagle 1....

No  need  for a   43 101  for  at  least  a  year....  unless  an offer  is  presented....  then the  43 101  can be  used as an  excuse to delay  a pre-emptive  bid.

If  a 43 101  is  done  prematurely it  could  spawn an  earily  takeout  of  NOT  before  full  value is  achieved  for  shareholders....JMHO
