I'm sorry if I offended you Canonball,,,but I just see no reason for you to make a statement as you did. Especially when you say you have 20 years experience in this sector.
You said in an authoritative manner that Noront "other than jv or buyout or other news, nothing will happen before next March as everything will shut down for jan/feb
Unless we have an abnormal warm winter these two months are hell on earth in that area
What we need is news on what has been drilled and will be drilled in dec and then i can take the winter off and go to florida for jan//feb."
My understanding is that the James Bay Lowlands is an almost marsh setting. So the frozen ground would seem to make movement of equipment easier. I believe that because during freeze up, ice roads are built just to facilitate movement of heavy equipment.
Furthermore, you say nothing will happen,,,and unless you are excluding "news",,,I feel that is also an incorrect statement.
As I said earlier, even if Noront were to stop drilling in December, then we would still expect results by Feb and March. Now correct me, but since this is a news driven sector,,,,any assay results should be considered "Something",,,in fact,,drill results in Feb-March could be Major IMO.
And,,,,I'll add that this sector usually reaches it's all time high share prices during the same months you stated as the months you expect nothing from Noront. So,,,Canonball,,,even though you are offended by my response,,,for the sake of any investors whom may have taken your statement of expectations to heart,,,I felt the need to correct you.
Now,,,if you want to say that for the summer months you expect "nothing",,,,I would have let that statement/opinion stand. Because the saying sell in May,,,go away,,,tends to work out for most investors in this sector.
But even in that case,,,,I would be careful,,,as we could have a buyout offer for DE during the summer. And I say this because the big players usually wait till the summer,,,and make their offers while prices are depressed sector-wide.
And no,,,there is no need for you to get with your lawyer,,,I just felt compelled to offer my opinion. I don't have 20 years experience in the mining sector,,,nor have I made my 7 figures yet,,,but I believe my points are valid and correct. If I'm incorrect,,,I'll be happy to listen to any other opinions/corrections.
Thanks again- Tim
