if we do not get better then average results you say we will have a mass exodus...

Maybe you are right, but those would be the sheep going over the cliff.

This play is a lot more then just the most recent drill results. Mr. Nemis has reminded us that spectacular hole after spectacular hole is not how it works. So, I'll feel bad for the boys going over the cliff -but better them then me!
