I like your dream except that the price target you suggest is a little low. If this property is as large as we all dream then $100 or more is quite possible. The trick will be to get RN to hang on that long and not to cut a deal for a percentage of the profits for the sale of the company. Either way we will be OK weather its $20 or $120 it's still a far cry from the 22cents I bought it at so its all good. GOOD LUCK ALL.
