Your post is of little use and makes you look foolish.  It could only be a bash for the benefit of someone equally lame. 

No news .... stock goes down.

Stock is desireable.... others will try to manipulate to their advantage.

News arrives... stock likely moves up again.

Greater resource determined... stock moves to new sp level
