A while back we had a post on this board by someone whom was experienced in these types of affairs,,,spin offs.
He put out a very good scenario in my opinion,,,,but one of the main points he made was it would be better for the Windfall portion of the spin off to be in the range of 1 new for every 4 old Not shares . The DE would be a 1 for 1 transaction.
The reasoning was that we would have a new gold company + Burn't Hill,,,,with 1/4 the shares outstanding, hence the value per share would be much higher,,,and if any PP's were needed,,, with a share price of @ 3.00 to 4.00 a share,,,R.N. could raise the millions needed to build the mine at Windfall yet only need to dilute with a few million more shares.
We'd be left with a gold producer with under 50 million shares out. If we had a 1 for 1 on the Windfall portion, we'll end up with a company in the 150 million shares out when all is said and done.
