What I think happened with this company is that they were very quick out the gate (good for them) with staking (having dropped almost every thing else except what was already in progress) followed with a few JV's to get needed cash to put an expanded Exploration program into effect quickly (they are experienced - can't knock them on that front). But then the 'Big 4' as they are called started to look at how they could get into and/or better leverage in the area (to each their own) and saw the Magoo feasco on BNN and seeing as several of them use the just mentioned character, decided to move in on BMK after being refuffed by RN. Thus a company that could have brought their program through the Winter with the cash from JV's were presuaided to team up with the so called 'Big 4'. Now, this is all well and good for the company and the 'Big 4' and the retail investor will hopefully make out fine in the long run, it may be a bit of a strugle for the JV partners to get their JV's the proper priority they deserve. On the other hand, if the Companies management can keek their positions and be aloud to do the work with only advice and technical support by the 'Big 4', and management has good relations with the JV pratners to help in this, then the management may be able to juggle the two and make something of it all. If there is conflict and no one can exercise outright control, then lookout for a less than desirable situation until someone finally gets the required out right control. Consequently I plan to hug very tight to Noront all the way. Old Joe
