Yes, but there was a Halt Notice later the same evening. Thinking is that the Cease Trade will be lifted once the signed financials are accepted by the exchange and some time soon after, a news release on the whole matter, that then followed by a Resumption of Trading order. In any event it will likely all occur after the new CEO and the Exchange have agreement/understanding in place for future compliance.

The New CEO is extremely significant in the mix of things, for that company and for the relationship with Noront.
