Looks like they have reduced the number of shares to be given as payment by a considerable amount. In the case of Volcan from 350,000 shares down to 40,000 shares, and in the case of El Verde from $745,000 and 650,000 shares, plus work, down to 60,000 shares only. Escondido from 300,00 shares and some cash down to 40,000 shares. For these projects together, they have reduced the commitment from 1,300,000 shares and considerable cash down to just 140,000 shares. Seems like very good negotiating to me.

  After rewarding employees and directors with 525,000 share options, we are still better off by around 1million fewer shares. Way to go guys!
