I agree with you that it is never good to see management sell, especially on the eve of a stock's bull market. It gives easy ammunition to the company's detractors. I wish it had been done othewise.

On the plus side, at the meeting I know they announced more options. I did not pay attention to the details but I imagine neal is getting a few more so probably felt that for 2007 it was time to take some profit (get paid!).
