It was brought to my attention about a lower grade nickel and platinum group metals area find that has been under development for some years.

Noront's find is different only due to the extremely high grades found which is out of the ordinary to say the least. It is still relevant to take a look and see just how long it took to get this other play organized and to stage were a mine can be contemplated.

Just go to: http://cnrp.ccnmatthews.com/client/canadian_royalties/release.jsp?year=2007&actionFor=786734&releaseSeq=2

 OR: check out Canadian Royalties

To me it indicates that area plays in the 'Ring of Fire' could be riskier than staying 100% with Noront. High Grade is the exception and not the rule. Nothing to say other discoveries in the area will not be low grade.

One tends to thing 'Noront can't have been lucky enough to hit the only high grade deposit' but that's far from impossible.
