Spin of and Valuation

The huge potential of DE is why the Noront shares are market valued at $5.50 and it's hard to argue with the market. I for one feel that valuation at this point in time is rather high. In three months it could be very low and shares trading at much higher pricing BUT that depends on proving up a resource, tonnage and quality. Having some one else OR Noront hitting another nickel/platinum group deposit would definately increase preceived value.

What other properties would be valued at in todays market is a guess at best. Prior to DE that price was less than 40 cents a share (remember just how many shares are outstanding fellows). Maybe with the glow carried over from DE they would trade at 60 cents but to think a company without DE would be valued at $120 million dollars or more, given the number of shares outstanding, is wishful thinking.

Think back those of you who have held onto Noront shares for 7 years or more when no matter what went on the share price did nothing.

On the other hand we are very much in a bull market for junior resource companies. It's been 10 years since this happened and no doubt there will be burnt fingers because DE type finds come along very rarely.
