You're certainly right about Richard Nemis' consideration for the small shareholder.  Last week in the AGM he mentioned that he was pleased for us "janitors, nurses etc." I am extremely confident that he is on side for the forseeable future, which I consider a fantastic situation with his integrity and experience.
