JV on some property

Guess I'm not excited about the deal mostly because of the very junior nature of the partner. If they have the money then fine let them spend Money that Noront has a better use for. Given what was likely spent to survey and stake the claims it's a good deal for Noront.

The jv partner doesn't earn in until they spend the money on prospecting so there is always a chance the property will come back to Noront. Seen it happen before and that's how DE happens to be wholely owned by Noront. Fat chance of that kind of mistake happening again.

There could be more deals like this since Noront staked a lot of ground. If they think it's too much to take on themselves you have to wonder what some of the other companies that staked in the general area will be trying to do. Not has far more money in the bank than most juniors. Looks like RN playing it very safe to ensure maximum value to shareholders while holding on to precious cash to prove out what we already have.
