Noront is paying for this service as part of the IR contract they signed with Agoracom - this forum is NOT free.

I agree with Junior... Shut down the free hubs/forums that have been put by Agoracom with out any payment from the company concerned, and devote server capacity the hubs belonging to PAYING cleints like NOT.
