I concur with shaleshaker...

To believe that Mr. Nemis HALTS or doesn't HALT to effect share price is just wrong.

It's just like stopping the car at a red light. You do it because that's what the regulations call for. Even if you are in a hurry to get to the beach. The regulator are pretty touchy about this stuff, and especially a stock as much in the lime light as NOT.
