That was great news for everyone in the area,
including NOT. jsq has a great discussion on
this in one of his board entries, which I printed
out and just had a chance to read over (but can't
find... can't wait for that new feature, search by
poster, without having to find the poster first)

Here's what I wanted to point out.

Before JB, before the ring of fire, before the mad
staking, somebody else got some pretty hefty
financial backing another property. We don't want
to forget this guy!
