Last Halt - Note for Newbs

The last time we halted and had great news the stock TANKED. I recently ran into this with UC's last bit of news.

They both tanked and THEN shot up another huge mark. I think last time this happened NOT was floating around 3.50 for a week. News came out and it immediately hit 3.05 before rocketing up to 6 the next couple days.
