I flew from Montreal and got there very early.  The room was on 4th floor instead of the Ketchum room so we got a bigger room.  We listened to THE RING OF FIRE song while waiting for the meeting to start (I thought of my father who like Johnny Cash very much).  This was my first ever shareholder meeting and I'M VERY GLAD I WAS THERE.  

We were 32% of total sharholders, a record in the NOT history. I was expecting a news release for the AGM and we got it !  We got very excited with the numbers of holes 7 and 9.  The meeting went as QQ_GIRL said on her posts.  She wrote it word for word, great job QQ_girl !  I was expecting also hearing about a spin-off.  They responded that it was too early BUT I'M VERY PLEASED to hear that they spoke with MAJORS like Xtrata and others and thay are very interested in NOT

They will drill DE until Christmas break and they were talking about a 43-101 for tonnage estimate maybe after. That should make MiningJunkie happier and all of us too ! 

Michael White, IBK Capital, went to Paris and London and is gonna go again in Europe :  that's great news, the word is spreading about NOT :  good for us !

You all talked a lot about DE so I will tell you what I got about Windfall.  I spoke after the meeting with Patrick Chance (the one following Windfall) and I was wondering if NOT would go underground this winter (giving us big news next spring).  He hope to have the permit next week and told me the contractors could go faster with more manpower to do the ground work prior going underground.   So I'm still uptimistic they will but if not, we're gonna have to wait till spring.   QQ_girl, you missed the contractor of Windfall, they are : Genivar inc. (engineer firm), Monterie Expect, Norascan and forgot the other. 

SAMPLES :  I tolk in my hand the samples they brought from DE drilling and I was VERY IMPRESS.  They shine, are heavy and god :  this smell like MONEY my friends !  WOW

At the end, and old man (93 years old I read) talk about R. Nemis being too shy with his past success and tgive us a little history about Nemis success.  So, meeting with the management, looking the smile on everybody's faces in the room, feeling the weight in my hand from samples, i know now more than ever that : MY MONEY IS AT THE RIGHT PLACE IN NOTONT.  These guys has made me a rich man in 2007 but I'm feeling I will get a lot ritcher next year.  BOTTOM LINE : I will not sell a single share and add on dips (like today !). 

I read Misfit1 posts and others longs all year long since news from hole 100  came out (1700 g/t of gold at Windfall).  I have been dreaming of this projet since last december and knew somehow that someday the shareprice would be at $10 with Windfall ramp results only so I kept buying all year long till $0.30 just before DE.  We got lucky with DoubleEagle.  THANK YOU MANY TIMES MISFIT1.  You have thought me so much with your great posts this year than now, I went to AGM because I have too much money in this company !  And the best part is :  We are still waiting for the Windfall ROCKEY to lift off.  THIS IS A DREAM STOCK,  the stock I was dreaming of finding when I was reading the ARU board in 2006....than what append, some guys posted the NOT news on hole 100 in the ARU stockhouse board and it brought me here today.  I cannot thanlk this guys because I don't remember his name... 

We have a perfect set-up : 

1)  One of the best management team with past proven sucess      2)  World class properties in DE, Windfall                                     3) IBK Capital that will work to maximise the shareholders value     4)  Very good IR firm AGORACOM to get the word out and providing this great board                                                                                5)  A shareholders right plan to protect us against hostile take-over

Can it get any better than this.....  That's why my moneys stays there LONG and STRONG.
