The Ramp at Windfall has not started yet due to someone in Quebec Gov.  holding it up due to concern about the natives. However NOT has straightened this out and should resume work on the site soon.  They showed drawings of how the ramp was going to happen over the next few months.  We should get that on the Agoracom site soon??  tcp
