RN setting a new standard?

When two months ago Richard Nemis came up with the pictures of the DE-cores I was surprised. This was my first confrontation with the view of a core, so I did not understand the impact very well (I'm not a GEO and still learning: only investing in junior mining for just 1 year).  If I knew at that moment what I know now, if I understood the hint he was giving, I would have invested tenfold in NOT! Now Dajin Resources is using the same tactics and "hiding" pictures of recent drill cores in a new presentation that is suddenly appearing on their homepage without a clear reason.

I have some questions for more experienced people on the board:

- Is this a common way of giving "hints" to the shareholder or is it invented by RN? It would not be the first time Nemis surprises me.

- I understand TSX rules for news releases and publication of drill results are very strict. Is this a smart way to give "preliminary" results to loyal shareholders?

- Are there any official rules to follow for the publication of such pictures ?
