I too think Windfall is a nice property with potential but real contribution to a market cap where it is now? It's not in production and while on the way it has a ways to go. What's realistic, maybe $40 million at present? That's less than 40 cents a share and generous to boot.

 Face it $5 per share of Noront share value is in DE and no where else.
