It might be good advice to hold onto all your shares until any news release has time to sink in. Good news could pop the stock a bit and then weak hands will rush to offer their shares. Too many offers and the bids will keep dropping.

Good news which is almost certain will take a while to be digested by the larger investors who've been 'kicking the tires'. Wouldn't be surprised if they entered the market anywhere from a few days to a week after such news is released.

Of course if that news is totally awesome all bets are off.
