Many thanks MJ for your usual masterly take on the situation (and good man that you are, not an angle in sight) also Snezzer's comment of  "BRACING ONESELF which in my limited experience is about the best action everyone here can take whilst continuing to hold long and strong as per between the lines advice from our great team of Norant management.

As an aside, my own experience as a sailor where I have been heavily into the junior mining stocks for the last six or seven years often stepping ashore after days or weeks  out of touch at sea to see the results on my stock account balance after the numerous stomach-churning (orchestrated to a large degree by big brokerages ??) meltdowns and even now being still ahead of the game despite some very gullible huge mistakes where money was lost, I would certainly underline what Snezzer is  doing and keep ourselves braced as necessary, but definately and without any doubt HANGING ON to our NOT stock for probably a long time and not selling without any carefully considered reason.
